About Naomi
Naomi is an Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapist in Teddington, London, specialising in the treatment and management of chronic pain, muscular tension and sports injuries. She has a particular interest in Myofascial Release, a hands-on approach that can help reduce muscular restriction, improve movement and support the body’s natural recovery.
Naomi began her professional training at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, London, home to world-class sports facilities and a strong focus on sports performance. She went on to further develop her clinical skills at the Jing Institute for Advanced Massage Training, where she spent over a year studying advanced massage and bodywork techniques for chronic pain and sports injuries.
Alongside her extensive massage therapy training, Naomi holds an Advanced Certificate in Myofascial Release, as well as a range of additional qualifications in massage and bodywork. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with practical, hands-on techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs, whether they are managing persistent pain, recovering from an injury or looking to maintain healthy movement.
A keen and multiple marathon runner, Naomi understands first-hand the physical demands of training, running and endurance sport. She strongly believes in the power of movement for both physical and mental health and is passionate about helping people move well, stay active and feel stronger in their bodies.
Naomi is also a tutor at St Mary’s University, London, where she teaches Holistic Massage, Sports Massage and Pregnancy Massage. She is a member of the SMA (The Association for Soft Tissue Therapists) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
