This retreat is all about you. It has been designed to help you relax, recharge and renew both body and mind.
The retreat will be hosted in the beautiful setting of The Palms, Southern Spain, with stunning views of the Sierra Mountains. Set within lush gardens, it is only a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport. There are frequent and cheap flights from all UK major cities.
During the stay you will experience plentiful yoga, massage and meditation with enough free time to relax or to enjoy the local area.
You will stay in beautiful and airy rooms, each with en-suite facilities and a private or shared terrace.
All of your delicious vegan/vegetarian meals will be prepared daily by the amazing on-site chefs.

The bedrooms are all beautifully refurbished, each with en-suite facilities and a private or shared terrace. Both double and single occupancy is available.

The Palms will offer brunch and dinner; freshly prepared organic and vegan or vegetarian meals during your stay ensuring you get all the nutrients you need for a healthy and balanced diet. Plentiful snacks are also available throughout the day. There is an honesty bar where drinks are available to purchase. There is also a small outside kitchen available for our guests to prepare their own hot or cold drinks.
optional excursions
There is an option to book additional excursions (subject to availability and payable locally).
Options include a wonderful hike up over the mountain and down to the seafront on the Costa Del Sol where you will enjoy a locally prepared meal. Maybe head out towards the traditional white washed Spanish village of Mijas or a taxi ride to explore Malaga.

HOW TO SECURE YOUR SPACE

You will receive our T&Cs and will be asked to confirm your desired occupancy & room choice (if sharing stipulate whether you would like a twin or a double)
When you are happy with the T&Cs you are requested to transfer a £300 non-refundable deposit to secure your space
A further payment of £200 will be required by date tbc with the final balance by date tbc
If your booking is closer than 2 months in advance you will be asked for full payment
